How many guests can Evento Accommodate?

350 seated for a dinner with

a dance floor, 450 cocktail style,

750 standing. Your event coordinator will custom tailor a layout to your specific event but sample layouts can be found HERE

What rentals are included in the space? 

  • Round dining tables

  • Hightop tables

  • 6’ + 8’ banquet tables

  • Choice of black, white, natural, or walnut padded folding chairs

  • Glassware

Can I drop off items ahead of time?

Limited storage space is available and early decor drop off can be coordinated by appointment only.

What forms of payment do you accept?  

Check, cash, and credit card 

Can I bring my own food in?

We have curated a list of preferred caterers to provide you and your guests with the best experience.  Menus are available upon request. 

What assistance is included on site ?

Table and chair setup is provided by the venue. Our on-site event coordinators will be on site to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

How much is the deposit?

A $1500 non refundable deposit is required to hold your date. 

What time do I have access to the space? 

Vendor arrival and setup may start at 10am for full day facility rentals.  

Where do my guests park? 

We have ample parking available through BayTowne Plaza. 

When do you need my final payment? 

Final numbers and payment are due 2 weeks out from your event.
